Terms of purchase
JB Ventures is the trading name shown at checkout. A purchase is accepted when payment is confirmed and we provide access to, or begin delivery of, the stated product or service.
Customers must provide accurate contact information and use purchased materials lawfully. Unless an offer states otherwise, digital products are licensed to the buyer for personal or internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed.
We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, appears fraudulent, or would require unlawful or misleading activity. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
Refund and delivery policy
Delivery timing and format are stated on the relevant offer. If a paid digital item is not delivered, materially defective, or materially different from its description, contact us and we will investigate, replace it where practical, or issue an appropriate refund.
For custom work, cancellation before work begins is eligible for a refund. Once work has begun, any refund reflects work already completed and non-recoverable costs. Requests should include the purchase email and payment reference.
Privacy policy
We collect only the information needed to provide an offer, process payment, deliver the purchase, prevent fraud, answer support requests, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
